A History of Quality

Seiler & Associates has been surveying Henry County and Metro Atlanta for more than a decade. The firm was founded in 1990, when Keith R. Seiler, RLS, moved himself and his equipment into the spare room of a Stockbridge contractor’s office. Despite a recession, Seiler and his colleagues quickly gained a reputation for detailed, accurate survey work.

The firm’s strong commitment to the Southside began to pay off in the mid-1990s, when the region began its phenomenal growth. To meet this need, Seiler & Associates expanded operations to a farmhouse in the nearby Flippen community. As Atlanta prepared for the Olympics, Seiler & Associates was awarded the City’s contract to survey the Village at Techwood Homes (later renamed Centennial Place). Through the end of the decade, the firm continued to grow and attract more prestigious projects, including the Upper Towaliga River Reservoir in Henry County, Georgia.

Seiler & Associates moved to its present location in Stockbridge in the summer of 2000. Now with 23 employees, the firm remains committed to the quality and personal service that fueled its first successes.
